Across the 11 residential TOU plans tou.tools tracks in Florida, the most common on-peak window is 6 AM – 10 AM (6 plans); others run 12 PM – 9 PM and 6 PM – 10 PM. Every hour outside the on-peak (and any mid-peak) window is billed as off-peak. Exact boundaries vary by utility and plan — see each utility's schedule above.
